Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you’re unsatisfied with your service, notify us within 24 hours of completion. We’ll either:

    • Re-clean the affected area at no cost, or

    • Issue a partial refund (determined case-by-case).

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Valid reasons:

  • Unfinished or incorrectly performed service (per agreed-upon scope).

  • Damage caused by our team (must be reported immediately with photo proof).

Non-eligible scenarios:

  • Pre-existing damage or vehicle issues disclosed after service.

  • Changes of mind (e.g., "I didn’t like the smell of the product").

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (deposit forfeited).

3. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5 business days via the original payment method.

  • Deposits for cancelled appointments are non-refundable but may be applied to future services.

4. Weather-Related Cancellations

  • No penalties for rescheduling due to rain/extreme weather.
